When it comes to weeds in an otherwise perfectly manicured lawn, there is nothing more frustrating. Even if your lawn is not perfect, the sight of weeds trying to worm their way in can be enough to put a dent in your day. However, many of us want the weeds removed from our lawns without harsh chemicals. This is especially true for those with families with young children, pet owners, as well as those that are environmentally conscious.
Our 100 percent chemical free customers have long desired something that is both effective at killing weeds, while being chemical free and safe. It is with this in mind that Greener Lawns has been working for the past 10 years towards developing and finding chemical free weed killers for lawns that kill and control crabgrass, stilt grass, and most brood leaf weeds.
We have found success with all weeds with the exception of a few brood leaf weeds. Then we offer the option to spot treat these weeds with a chemical weed killer. By spot treating with the chemical weed killer, we are only applying a small amount of weed killer.
Examples of Dying Weeds Thanks to 100% Chemical Free Weed Killer Application
In recent testing, we applied two broadcast weed killer treatments to two New Jersey area lawns. One was about 90% weeds, and the other was about 70% weeds. The treatments were effective on both lawns, and we received compliments on the impressive success. We also tested a third lawn with one spot treatment, and our chemical free weed killer achieved similar success and compliments.
